Built on a Dream to Keep Pilots Comfortable"

About Us

I'm Amber, and I'm a pilot. Like you, I spend hours in general aviation aircraft. Starting with preflight checks, long flights, dealing with sun exposure in Florida, managing sweat, and trying to stay professional and comfortable at the same time.

For years, I kept buying apparel that looked good hanging in the store but fell apart in real conditions. Cotton got soggy. Generic "moisture-wicking" brands didn't actually work. Nothing was designed with pilots' actual needs in mind. I'd wear something once and think, "There has to be something better than this."

So I did what any frustrated pilot does: I decided to build it myself.

In 2021, On Final Apparel started as a one-woman operation in my spare time. No business plan. No investors. No ad budget. Just me, quality materials, and a conviction that pilots deserved better.

I made the first batch of shirts for myself and close pilot friends. The feedback was immediate: "This actually works. Why isn't everyone making these?"

Word of mouth did the rest. Three years later, we've shipped over 750 shirts to pilots across the country!

We serve individual GA pilots to flight schools to FBO uniforms. Every single one was made with the same care I'd want in my own flight bag.

our commitment to you

Quality, No Compromises Every shirt we make uses premium materials—100% polyester with moisture-wicking, UV protection, and durability built in. We don't cut corners because aviation doesn't cut corners. You wear our apparel in demanding conditions, and it needs to perform.

Built for How Pilots Actually Live We design for function first, style second. That means:

  • Fabrics that wick sweat on a 6-hour flight

  • SPF protection for high-altitude sun exposure

  • Fits that work over flight suits

  • Durability that survives preflight checks and cabin heat

Authenticity Over Everything I'm a pilot. I understand your world. Every design choice, every material decision, every feedback loop comes from actually knowing what you need. This isn't a corporate brand selling "aviation-themed" merchandise. This is a pilot making what pilots want.

Community-Driven Growth On Final Apparel grew entirely through word of mouth—zero ad spend, 100% pilot trust. That's not a flex; it's a responsibility. Every new customer trusts us because someone they know did first. We take that seriously.

About Amber

I'm a commercial and multi-engine instrument-rated pilot. I fly GA regularly, understand preflight procedures, know what sun exposure does to your skin at altitude, and know exactly why generic apparel fails pilots.

Beyond flying, I'm obsessed with quality, customer service, and building something that lasts. I read every piece of customer feedback. I respond to orders personally. When someone reaches out with a question or request, that's me on the other end.

This business isn't just my job—it's my mission. Every shirt that ships is a reflection of my standards and my commitment to the aviation community that raised me.

When I'm not building apparel, you'll find me at my local airport, flying with friends, or out contracting on a Jet!. I believe in practicing what I preach. I wear On Final Apparel on every flight, and I'll always be my toughest quality control inspector.

How We Build Your Shirt

1. You Design It You tell us exactly what you want—fabric, color, fit, sleeves, custom details. No guessing. No compromises.

2. We Source Premium Materials We don't just grab fabric off the shelf. Every material is tested for moisture-wicking, durability, and comfort. We have long-standing relationships with suppliers who understand our standards.

3. Made to Order Your shirt is made specifically for your order, not mass-produced and sitting in a warehouse. This means:

  • Fresher product (made when you order it)

  • Zero waste

  • Faster turnarounds than you'd expect

  • Your specs are exactly what you get

4. Quality Check Before it ships, I inspect it. Not a checklist—actual eyes and hands on every shirt. If it's not right, it doesn't ship.

5. It Ships to You You get tracking. You get it fast. You get exactly what you ordered.
